Port Townsend, WA Practice For Sale
Solo practice over 30 yrs old (I’ve happily been there 13 yrs) in Port Townsend, WA. Only podiatry practice in the county and sits right on the water. Spectacular views while doing paperwork! Huge referral base from all the medical clinics and hospital. Both a very active community requiring sports med and a large population of diabetics needing all facets of podiatric care. Hospital privileges easily available. A strong need for a surgeon locally, as well as wound care specialist.
Time for me to retire and play more. Willing to stay for transition, PT, etc; whatever is needed. A glorious place to live and work. Sailor’s paradise. Hiking and biking trails abound. World class skiing a short drive away. At foothills of Olympic National Park.
