Quick Conference Information
- WSPMA’s Annual Conference will be a 2 ½ day event starting at 8:00am on Friday, September 12, 2025 and finishing at noon on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
- Earn up to 20 CMEs!
- Our conference will be held at the beautiful and newly remodeled Wenatchee Convention Center.
- All of our meeting and exhibit space will be located on the lower level of the convention center.
- Please stay at the wonderful Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel which is conveniently located next door to the Wenatchee Convention Center.
- A covered sky bridge connects the hotel to the Wenatchee Convention Center.
- WSPMA has a room block with a room rate of $131 for a single or double occupancy room (plus tax).
- Hotel parking is FREE for all hotel guests.
- A FREE continental breakfast is available for all hotel guests.

- To better accommodate travel schedules, there will be no official conference events on Thursday evening. Hopefully, this allows attendees to minimize or avoid taking time off on Thursday while still arriving in time for the 8 AM start on Friday morning.
- For those arriving early, we’ve set up a group chat where you can connect with fellow attendees and organize informal gatherings at nearby restaurants and bars. This is a great opportunity to meet, network, and unwind before the conference kicks off!

How much does registration cost?
- WSPMA Member – EARLY BIRD EXTENDED (register before 8/8/25) = $350
- WSPMA Member – After 8/8/25 = $400
- WSPMA Member – 1st Year Practicing = $250
- WSPMA Lifetime Member = $100
- WSPMA Board of Trustee = Free
- WSPMA Member’s Assistant = $100
- WA Resident/Fellow = Free
- Non-Member – EARLY BIRD EXTENDED (before 8/8/25) = $450
- Non-Member – After 8/8/25 = $500
- Non-Member 1 yr practicing = $350
- Non-Member’s Assistant = $150

When does Early Bird registration end
Early Bird registration ends at EOD August 8, 2025. Prices will go up on August 9, 2025.
How can I pay?
- You can pay with either a credit card or a check made out to WSPMA.
- Please make sure checks are mailed to WSPMA – PO Box 3407 – Edmonds, WA 98020.
- All checks should be mailed within one week of your registration date. Please notify Soma Smith if check will be mailed outside 1 week of registration.
- If you have an issue, please contact Soma Smith at edwspma@gmail.com or info@wspma.org.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
- All cancellations must be submitted via email to WSPMA at info@wspma.orgon or before August 12, 2025. If a cancellation is received on or before August 12, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $75 processing fee.
- NO REFUNDS for cancellation of the Annual Conference registration fee will be made after August 12, 2025.
- However, substitute attendees are permitted, as long as WSPMA has received that information by September 5, 2025.
- No refunds/reimbursements will be made by WSPMA for outside lodging, airfare or any other expense related to attending the conference.

How do I reserve a hotel room through WSPMA? What are the prices?
WSPMA has reserved a room block with a $131/night room rate plus taxes (for single or double occupancy) at the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel for the duration of the Conference. The hotel is connected to the Wenatchee Convention Center by a covered skybridge and offers FREE parking to all hotel guests. A complimentary continental breakfast is also available for hotel guests.

- All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state, local and occupancy taxes.
- You can cancellation your reservation 48hrs in advance. After that you are responsible for any charges/fees.
- If you are a no show, you are responsible for your room reservation cost, not WSPMA.
- Reservations are due by August 25, 2025.
- All guests are responsible for all hotel charges, fees, room service.
