Quick Conference Information
- WSPMA’s Annual Conference will be a 2 ½-day event, starting at 6:45 AM on Friday, September 11, 2026, and concluding around noon on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
- Our conference will be held at the beautiful and newly remodeled
Wenatchee Convention Center.- All of our meeting and exhibit space will be located on the lower level of the convention center with easy access to the loading docks.
- To maximize your time with conference attendees, all meals and breaks will be held in the Exhibit Hall.
- We’ve made several enhancements to this year’s conference schedule to give exhibitors and sponsors more meaningful time with attendees.
- Morning and afternoon breaks have been lengthened to 30 minutes, creating more time for you to have conversations with attendees.
- Breakfast and lunch have been lengthened to 1 hour and 15 minutes, giving you more time to connect with attendees.
- Meal sponsors will receive a 15 – 20 minute presentation window with attendees directly. The remaining 55 – 60 minutes will be available for attendees to interact with you.
- You are invited to the Friday Social Hour from 5:45 PM to 7:00 PM.
- WSPMA has a room block for you and your company at the wonderful Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. It is conveniently located next door to the Wenatchee Convention Center and features a covered sky bridge connecting you directly to the conference space. The hotel offers free parking for all guests. The room rate is $136 for single or double occupancy (plus tax). Please see the booking link when you register below.
