Quick Conference Information
- WSPMA’s Annual Conference will be a 2 ½-day event starting at 8:00am on Friday, September 11, 2026 and finishing at noon on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
- Earn up to 20 CMEs!
- Our conference will be held at the beautiful and newly remodeled Wenatchee Convention Center.
- All of our meeting and exhibit space will be located on the lower level of the convention center.
- Please stay at the wonderful Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel which is conveniently located next door to the Wenatchee Convention Center.
- A covered sky bridge connects the hotel to the Wenatchee Convention Center.
- WSPMA has a room block with a room rate of $136 for a single or double occupancy room (plus tax).
- Hotel parking is FREE for all hotel guests.
- A FREE continental breakfast is available for all hotel guests.

- To better accommodate travel schedules, there will be no official conference events on Thursday evening. Hopefully, this allows attendees to minimize or avoid taking time off on Thursday while still arriving in time for the 8 AM start on Friday morning.
- For those arriving Thursday, we are planning a very casual get-together at the Coast Hotel. More details to come.

Can I register multiple attendees at one time?
How much does registration cost?
WSPMA Member
- EARLY BIRD (register by 6/5/26) = $350
- After 6/5/26 = $400
- 1st and 2nd Year Associate (A1/A2) = $250
- Senior Member (SM) = $250
- Lifetime Member (LM) = $100
- Non-Practicing Member (NPM) = $100
- WA Resident/Fellow = FREE
- WSPMA Board of Trustees = FREE
Non-WSPMA Member
- EARLY BIRD (register by 6/5/26) = $450
- After 6/5/26 = $500
- 1st and 2nd Year Associate (A1/A2) = $250

When does Early Bird registration end?
Early Bird registration ends at EOD June 5, 2026. Prices will go up on June 6, 2026.
How can I pay?
- You can pay with either a credit card or a check made out to WSPMA.
- Please make sure checks are mailed to WSPMA – PO Box 3407 – Edmonds, WA 98020.
- All checks should be mailed within one week of your registration date. Please notify Soma Smith if check will be mailed outside 1 week of registration.
- If you have an issue, please contact Soma Smith at edwspma@gmail.com or info@wspma.org.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
- All cancellations must be submitted via email to WSPMA at info@wspma.org on or before August 12, 2026. If a cancellation is received on or before August 12, 2026, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $75 processing fee.
- NO REFUNDS for cancellation of the Annual Conference registration fee will be made after August 12, 2026.
- However, substitute attendees are permitted, as long as WSPMA has received that information by September 3, 2026.
- No refunds/reimbursements will be made by WSPMA for outside lodging, airfare or any other expense related to attending the conference.

How do I reserve a hotel room through WSPMA? What are the prices?
WSPMA has reserved a room block with a $136/night room rate for a single or double occupancy (plus taxes and fees) at the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel for the duration of the Conference. The hotel is connected to the Wenatchee Convention Center by a covered skybridge and offers FREE parking to all hotel guests. A complimentary continental breakfast is also available for hotel guests.
To book a room for the conference click this Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel Booking Link and follow the instructions to book your room directly with the Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. This link is also located on the Conference Registration Page.
- All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state, local and occupancy taxes.
- You can cancellation your reservation 48 hrs in advance. After that you are responsible for any charges/fees.
- If you are a no show, you are responsible for your room reservation cost, not WSPMA.
- Reservations are due by August 25, 2026.
- All guests are responsible for all hotel charges, fees, room service.
On the registration page, you will be asked whether you plan to book a hotel room. Selecting “yes” does NOT guarantee a room at the room block price. You are still responsible for booking your hotel stay directly through the hotel link.
The WSPMA room block has a limited number of rooms available at the $136/night* rate. We encourage you to reserve your room as early as possible to secure the discounted price

The last day for registration for hotel rooms through our room block is August 25, 2026.
