Quick Conference Information
- WSPMA’s Annual Conference will be a 2 ½ day event starting at 7:00am on Friday, September 12, 2025 and finishing at noon on Sunday, September 14, 2025.
- Our conference will be held at the beautiful and newly remodeled Wenatchee Convention Center.

- All of our meeting and exhibit space will be located on the lower level of the convention center with easy access to the loading docks.
- To maximize time between exhibitors/sponsors & conference attendees– all meals will be held in the Exhibit Hall space.

- WSPMA has a room block for you and your company at the wonderful Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel. It is conveniently located next door to the Wenatchee convention center and has a covered sky bridge to connect you with our conference space. Hotel offers free parking for all hotel guests. Room rate is $131 for a single or double occupancy room (plus tax). See the booking link when you registration below.

We have planned our meeting space and schedule to make sure that our Conference Exhibitors and Sponsors will have lots of interaction with our conference attendees.
