This solution helps reduce burnout and related attrition because of the minimal time commitment needed to build a mindfulness practice during your hectic routine. Our speaker works with more than 30 hospital systems to teach mindfulness through microhabits. She is a neuroimmunology researcher at NYU\, a clinical social worker\, and an entrepreneur focused on reducing burnout on the frontlines. \nLearning Objectives \n\nRecognize what burnout looks like in yourself and others.\nUnderstand the concept of mindfulness and that it is a practical solution for burnout prevention.\nIdentify at least three microhabits to build a repertoire of mindfulness habits.\n\nCECH Information\nThis webinar provides attendees with 1.0 CECH.
